FAQ

How much are your rings?

Since everything is custom it can go from around $150 for simple rings and all the way up to $500+ for more complex rings. It all depends on what materials you'd like!

Which payment methods do you accept?

Venmo, PayPal or Zelle!

Is shipping included in your price?

Yes! And I also include a keychain UV light so you can charge the glow effect.

Do you ship to ________?

I can ship worldwide!

What materials do you use?

Check out the materials page.
I can also source other materials. Just let me know what you'd like!

How long will it take to get a ring?

It depends on my workload. I would say generally it will take about 3-5 weeks depending on the ring. I will specify otherwise. Please consider the timing if you're planning on ordering a ring for a special date.

How do I figure out my ring size?

It would be best if you went to a jeweler and had it professionally sized, which they will usually do for free. There's at home methods that I don't recommend using. I've had too many people do it wrong and it's heartbreaking when it doesn't fit!

I got my ring, but I gave you the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What do I do?

I can remake your ring but there's a $75 remake fee and the original ring must be returned. If you want to keep it and it's too big, you can order special ring spacers that aren't invasive to the design. If it's too small, then it's possible to resize it a little bit up depending on the material. However, some materials are impossible for me to resize up.

Is there any maintenance things I need to know?

Don't get acetone (commonly found in nail polish remover) on the ring. Also avoid getting rubbing alcohol on it, as it could cloud the inlay of the ring. All my rings are waterproof.

What about import/tariffs/duty fees?

If you are importing a ring from USA, then you are responsible for any import/tariffs/taxes/duty fees that need to be paid in your country. The price of those fees depend on where you live. I will do what I can on my end to avoid paying an arm and a leg, but some countries may still impose fees.

What is the order process like?

First you choose your design. You can order from my shop, fill out a custom form, or directly contact me and we will chat about your idea. Once we decide on a design, I will soon begin to make the ring. If you're getting a custom order, I will send pictures of my progress for you to approve the design. You can then say it's good, request modifications to what I've made, or scrap the inlay all together. I want to make exactly what you want! Then I'll continue to make the ring and once it's done, send it to you!
